Kick-off Meeting

Between December 16th and 19th, 2025, the first Kick-off Meeting of the Gamifying Rural Youth Work project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, took place in Pafos, Cyprus. The event brought together representatives from UMBRELLA (Georgia), ACPELIA (Cyprus), EBAGEM (Turkey), Rural Youth Europe (Belgium), Youth Mix (Armenia), and Initiative & Development (Ukraine) at the headquarters of the Paphos Youth Centre.

The partners discussed:

• Roles and responsibilities for upcoming activities
• Quality Assurance and Financial Matters
• Project management of the activities
• Draft ideas for logo, website, online courses and research report, as well as the pilot activities.
